Take a step back

Get away from everything and everyone that's distracting you even if it's for 20 minutes. Silence yourself. Just breathe. Give yourself the time you need to process whatever it is you need to process. Give yourself the time for your thoughts to roam.

We get so distracted by life we forget to just be thankful for the little things. Take a step back and enjoy yourself and your surroundings. You're stuck on autopilot. Snap out of it. We take many things for granted in this lifetime, one of those things should never be your peace of mind.
